You will be laying down on our Vibroacoustic beds for 60 total minutes, including 55 minutes under the Lucia No. 3 Hypnogogic Meditation Light.
This is an energetic reset designed to integrate greater clarity, lightness of being, and profound relaxation.

This is a 1 hour session with the Lucia Nº03 Light, Vibroacoustics and Sound. Sessions are designed and adapted to your needs and intentions to help reset your nervous system and overcome your brain’s default mode network. Some days you need help with anxiety and other days you need a creative boost to help increase energy and productivity.
This session is designed for folks who need a deeper reset of their nervous system. The longer session is like watching a movie of dancing colors on the back of your closed eyelids. We call it your soul movie. This 1 hour session is designed as a way for you to drop in at Light Club whenever you are feeling the need for a reset. Some of our long term regulars use the 1 hour session as a maintenance plan in their wellness routine. Our Light Operators will design specific frequency journeys from the over 150 programs on the Lucia No. 03 Light and use vibroacoustics along with hemi-sync and binaural beat soundscapes for each session. The Lucia No. 3 Light programs are the only light programs in the world designed by a neurologist and psychotherapist based on their client work.
