The Light Operator will select programs to fit your need and desired intensity levels as you traverse the specific brainwaves to help calm, activate, rebalance and reset your body, mind, and spirit.

Your monthly sessions will be tracked, so you can learn how the specific brainwave frequencies create your “After Glow,” the way you feel after a session. Our Light Operators will design specific frequency journeys from the over 150 programs on the Lucia No. 3 Light and use vibro-acoustics along with hemi-sync and binaural beat soundscapes for each session.
