This is a gentle and effective energetic reset designed to gift you with greater clarity, lightness of being, and a profound state of relaxation.

This is a 30-minute session with the Lucia Nº03 Light, Vibroacoustics and Sound. Sessions are designed and adapted to your needs and intentions when you arrive at the session. Sometimes you may wish to address layers of a dysregulated nervous system and other times you may prefer a creative boost to help increase clarity, energy, and productivity.  Our Light Operators will design specific frequency journeys from the over 150 programs on the Lucia Nº03 Light and use vibro-acoustics along with hemi-sync and binaural beat soundscapes for each session. The Lucia Nº03 Light programs are the only light programs in the world designed by a neurologist and psychotherapist based on their client work.

This short session is designed for folks who are new or sensitive to light therapy and only need a little bit of light to go a long way to rebalancing your nervous system. This offering is designed as a way for you to drop in at Light Club for a session whenever you are feeling the need for a reset.
